IT Consultant

For our client, one of the biggest global retail brands expanding its IT Competence Center in Poland, we are looking for an experienced IT Consultant – Digital Transformation to support strategic initiatives across CRM, ERP, and integration domains.

🌍 Role Overview

You will work closely with business and technology teams to analyze needs, design modern digital solutions, and support the implementation of systems that power a global retail organization. Your expertise will help shape scalable processes, optimize digital tools, and guide the company through its transformation journey.

🚀 Your Duties

• Participate in end‑to‑end implementation projects, from analysis and design to configuration, training, and go‑live
• Analyze customer needs and business requirements, mapping them to CRM, ERP, and integration capabilities
• Design system functionalities aligned with business processes and transformation goals
• Configure solutions and support process automation using modern enterprise tools
• Conduct training sessions for client teams and ensure smooth adoption of new solutions
• Support pre‑sales activities by preparing Proof of Concept solutions and presenting them to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in Poland and internationally
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery

🎯 Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role in digital transformation projects
• Hands‑on experience with CRM and ERP platforms (any major enterprise system is welcome)
• Understanding of integration concepts (APIs, middleware, data flows, system interoperability)
• Proven experience working directly with clients and facilitating workshops
• Fluent English and German (spoken and written)
• Ability to create and present clear, engaging slide decks
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
• Excellent communication skills and ease in building new relationships
• High sense of responsibility, independence, accuracy, and strong work organization

• Experience with modern digital domains such as e‑commerce, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, data & analytics, or omnichannel retail
• Certifications in project management, business analysis, or enterprise platforms
• Experience with process mapping tools (BPMN, whiteboarding, digital modeling tools)
